Celebrating Academic Legacy

It is exciting to know that for over 20 years Professor Joseph I. Ikechebelu and his Wife Prof. (Mrs.) Ngozi Joe-Ikechebelu has continued to financially support academically bright but indigent students through school by awarding scholarships yearly to deserving beneficiaries.

In a remarkable display of philanthropy this February, Prof. Ngozi Joe-Ikechebelu through the Always Life Fountain Initiative, a foundation that they run to give back to the society and lessen social inequities approved the payment of tuition fees for 22 undergraduate students of Nnamdi Azikiwe University for the 2024/2025 academic session.

Professor Joseph’s unwavering commitment to education empowers more than 30 students yearly through his generous scholarship program ensuring that aspiring scholars can pursue their dreams and face their education without the fear of missing out because of lack. Over the years, though his foundation, his philanthropic efforts have touched the lives of over 350 students, opening doors to great opportunities and academic success for the beneficiaries.

The beneficiaries of the prestigious ALFI Scholarship couldn’t hold back their joy as they received their prize and rained down blessings, and prayers upon the lives of their benefactors.
